AZOMITE® does not contain heavy metals at high enough concentrations to be harmful. In fact, the heavy metal content in AZOMITE® is usually less than the heavy metals typically found in soil or feed ingredients. For example, typical soil contains approximately 2 ppm Arsenic (As), 0.34 ppm Cadmium (Cd), 5.59 ppm Lead (Pb) and 0.1 ppm Mercury (Hg). The heavy metal content of AZOMITE® is listed below.
